Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Please provide your Order Number, Customer Name and Registered Mobile Number when submitting a cancellation request.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a dispatched order cannot be cancelled, the customer may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Confirmation

Once we receive a cancellation request, we will review it and, if approved, notify the customer through SMS, WhatsApp, email or other available communication channels.

An order will be considered cancelled only after confirmation from ADHMIYAM PVT LTD.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled and the customer is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment gateway.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

If a COD order has already been dispatched and the customer refuses or cancels the delivery, applicable delivery or return charges may apply.

Incorrect Order Information

If you have entered an incorrect product, quantity, delivery address or other information while placing an order, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the order details may not always be possible.
